Module 1: Introduction
What makes life truly fulfilling?
Since the earliest days of civilization, humans have sought the secret to happiness — from ancient elixirs made to cure “disorders of the heart” to modern formulas promising instant joy.
Yet research shows we often get happiness wrong: studies in psychology and neuroscience (Gilbert & Wilson, 2000; Yale University, 2018) reveal that what we think will make us happy often doesn’t — and what truly does, we tend to overlook.

So… what truly makes us happy? How can we train our minds to notice and savor life’s good moments instead of chasing what fades?
