Who am I?

  • I’m a Senior Instructional Designer at EDSI, where I design transformative learning experiences that merge psychology, technology, and human-centered design.

  • With my two master’s degrees — one in Educational Psychology (2005) and another in Instructional Technology (2025)my passion revolves around the psychology of eLearning: how an asynchronous module can engage learners as deeply as the most charismatic speaker; how colors, pacing, and visuals can evoke an emotional response before we even realize it; how technology can support a learner with any accessibility requirement; and how thoughtfully designed eLearning can blur the line between learning required content, reading a bestseller, or watching a favorite show.

  • At EDSI, I design and develop a wide range of learning products — from complex, scenario-based compliance training built in Articulate Storyline 360 to microlearning experiences, such as the Science of Happiness series in 7taps. Each project reflects my commitment to making learning both impactful and visually engaging. What may appear as creative solutions is, in fact, the intentional application of research in cognitive science, visual communication, and behavioral psychology.

  • My M.A. in Instructional Technology Capstone explored how eLearning can teach the most complex and human topics of all — kindness, inclusion, and diversity. I designed a simulation-based DEI training for a homogeneous IT team in Ukraine using the 3H model (Head-Heart-Hands) to foster empathy and inclusive behavior through realistic scenarios.

  • Before joining EDSI, I built my career across higher education and corporate learning. I worked as a Learning Experience Designer at Stockton University, where I created digital learning experiences, coached future teachers, and facilitated live Zoom sessions. Earlier, I co-founded and directed a language training studio serving corporate clients across industries such as retail, aviation, and healthcare; taught Psychology and English at Dnipro State University in Ukraine; and worked as a part-time interpreter for OSCE missions.

  • Across every role and project, my philosophy has remained the same: effective learning is both intentional and emotional.
